Hadley Wren Return Policy for RETAIL CUSTOMERS

We offer credit/refund for any faulty or damaged product(s). Please note that we are unable to offer compensation for change-of-mind purchases and to protect your hygiene, products cannot be returned. As most Hadley Wren products are for personal use, if products are out of their original packaging, they are not returnable. 

A return request must be made withing thirty (30) days of receipt of purchase.

If you purchased your product at a retailer other than hadleywren.com, you must contact your retailer regarding their return policy.
