Shipping Info

USA

All orders are shipped from the Seattle metropolitan area to anywhere in the continental USA, and also Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to Canada. 

Processing Time:  Orders received between Monday and Friday before 11:00am PST are generally processed and shipped in two business days.. However, we do incure delays from time-to-time. During holidays order processing will take longer. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. 

Please allow 7-10 business days from the shipment date for receipt of your order shipping UPS Ground. 

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends. 

Shipping methos and shipping cost is calculated during the checkout process. 

Hadley Wren is not held responsible and will not reimburse for carrier delays of any kind, customer shipping information entry errors, failed delivery attempts or any carrier delivery exceptions, lost, or stolen packages.
